With more than two decades of board experience and a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from McMaster University, Guy brings deep governance expertise. He regularly delivers tailored programs on topics such as Digital Trust, Cybersecurity, and AI.

As a Certified Corporate Coach, Guy is also widely respected for his business and executive coaching capabilities. He supports directors, executives, and emerging leaders through coaching and training in governance, leadership, AI, and cybersecurity. In addition, he offers fractional executive services to help develop future leaders and enable them to reach their full potential.
